CE I'm surprised you got rejected for mental reasons. It seems not most get rejected first time around and need a lawyer to plead their case. The Government is making it harder and harder to get. I think the average is two years. It's not easy now like when I got it. School is a great option and so fortunate to have parents that can help. I'm so sorry. Phillipa
