The trick with taking an antidepressant to treat anxiety while you are bipolar is, of course, keeping from becoming manic.

I found a relatively simple solution for this problem: ad an AAP to control mania. Curreently I take 1200mg of Lithium, 80 mg of Latuda and two antidepressants to control my OCD: Clomipramine and Viibryd. You should try Tegretol + Paxil + AAP.
