I start sinking, and negative rumminating starts to overtake me. Wellbutrin was not an immediate 'fix.' In retrospect, what I think it did, is make it possible for me to respond to psychotherapy, and over time it gave me enough relief from my depression that it allowed me the space to heal. I'd be afraid to try to stop it, though.

I know what you mean about being afraid to stop it. Do you have any significant side effects from it?Bob
