i agree about the hospital programs. both in-patient and out-patient. i tried them too. not for me.
well, you are doing better than me if you are getting out of bed every day. i think that is huge.
i'm not giving-up on the idea of some low stress daily program. anything to break the rut i am in. today i am researching monasteries here in the US. i'll keep you posted just for the heck of it.
