Dizziness is often a symptom of depressive and anxiety disorders. (OCD is sometimes considered to be an anxiety disorder). I would not be surprised if you experienced this before you started taking Anafranil. However, a drug that blocks NE alpha-1 receptors (Anafranil) can make this dizziness worse.
