I have chronic insomnia and I've been on a "lot" of sleep meds. I find that no matter which medication I chose, if I combine it with some time release melatonin (taken early in the evening), I can get my sleep cycles under control faster.
Try low dose perphenazine + say 6mg of time release melatonin (taken about 8:30pm)?
