I will say when I stoped the abilify the last time I had to take some realy high doses of zyprexa for a while. Like 30-50mg. But after a few months I got it down to 20mg. Then I added perphenazine, which works pretty well compaired to the other APs and got me down to 10-15mg zyprexa. Currently I still take the perphenazine and 10mg zyprexa.
