i did exactly as you prescribed.
i left monday work and took tuesday off too.
tues i slept or was in bed from 10:30 till 6pm.
then went to bed at 9 slept till 6:30 this morning when ihad to go to work.
it did help a little.
i'm doped up on my pills again. im not crying but my head is still not in the best place. but if i were not on my gaba and xanax i would be worse.
i wish i could take the rest of the week off to be honest. but i know im going to need some time off if i start a new regimine.
