Zyprexa + fluoxetine

Am currently taking Abilify with Remeron and Lexapro, if I replace Abilify with Zyprexa should I switch Lexapro for fluoxetine for greater chance of improvement?

Accordinlgy to the following document there is a significant difference in adding fluoxetine to Zyprexa than either alone: http://www.jfponline.com/pages.asp?aid=4495
