My doctor never prescribed this med to anyone. Itīt not even registered here in the Czech republic anymore(took it off the market more than 20years ago). He confessed that he does not have actually a clue about a real dosage and have to deduce it from similar medication. In first meeting with nardil in my hands he even tried to dose it as parnate and if i did not have official documents about it from pfizer, I would be now on completely irrelevant dosage. He adviced very cautiously to increase the dosage to 60mg(after 2weeks on 45mg) with taking 2-1 and 1before sleeping. But I donīt believe his advices concerning the dosage, he showed that he actually donīt know. And no,I canīt change my doctor.Itīs hard to prescribe this medication even in country where itīs registered and he is taking considerable risk here - just one serious contraindication(although Iīm perfectly informed)and he would be in troubles. It would be impossible to find another doc who would like to participate in it.
Thatīs why I try to find more information about dosage here from users who have considerable experience.Sorry for my novel, but I wanted to put it across. Also sry for my english, itīs not my first language.
Any knowledgeable advice would be most welcomed and appreciated(and donīt worry, I am very critical and if someone tells me to take 120mg at once, I wouldnīt do it)
