I'm sure these drugs work for some people, but it is important to be aware of their potential to produce these untoward reactions.
I took Klonopin and Ativan for three years for insomnia and bipolar disorder. These drugs never lost their efficacy. I didn't notice a worsening of memory.
I found Klonopin to be more difficult to discontinue than Ativan.
