Hey all, I have been taking this new form of magnesium for the past few days and I am feeling a pretty good response to it. Magnesium is really important for everyone with mental illness, but it has a hard time getting into the brain, this new version can pass through the bbb. It's targeted at memory loss and cognition, but my guess is that it would be helpful for other conditions. I felt a noticeable calming of busy mind and more ceterdness and my sleep has improved a bit and mood definitely better more stable. Not saying its a miracle as I was already feeling fairly stable, and supposedly the nmda receptor is already fully saturated with mg, but I think there is definitely something to this supplement, I urge others to try and post your responses on this forum, I'd especially be I terested in how those with bipolar depression do on it. I take one capsule in morning, one at noon, and three at night. I think it's a keeper, and I have a feeling well be hearing of it more frequently...
Scott try it your bp2 right? Are you targeting glutamate hyperactivity right now at all???
