high dosage lamictal cognitive problems

Has anyone ever had cognitive issues on high dosage lamictal and successfully treated them by titrating down? I'm in the midst of it (went from 400 to 300 over the past week and it's not helping yet) and praying it's the solution to my mind fog, memory loss, and dissociation.
