Logic makes me ask a question, that if one feels as crappy as you do on your meds, why would anyone want to stay with those meds? Just because? Some book says so? It's supposedly the right thing to do? I mean, come on, if they aren't working they aren't working and that's all there is to it. So rather than suggest what you could add to the mix, I would ask, what can be removed and/or replaced? Another add-on at this point is not an option. In situations like yours, hundreds of them over the years, the outcome of adding on more meds to a fairly non-performing cocktail is almost always an undesirable one....worse shape than ever, and now faced with multiple withdrawals to get unstuck from the whole mess, and usually years of lost life opportunities and lost healing opportunities.

Most people I know of, if they were on your cocktail, I am guessing would probably say they feel sad much of the time and probably dull with lots of negative thoughts and unfounded fears. I just don't see that combo as being much of a mood brightener in any way. If it is being used as a mood stabilization strategy, the doses are too high. imo But more likely, wrong choice of meds for you.
