The half-life of Nardil is about 12 hours. However, its effects can last for days.

I used to take Nardil three times a day: 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm. I eventually found that dosing at morning, noon, and night was okay. Insomnia has not been a problem more recently. However, I have been on Nardil many times before.
