HELP! Low Globulin and High A/G ration ???

Well my level was borderline and will be retested in a month (due to insurance reasons). They updated the prozac to 40 mg and the adderall to 20 mg so we will see what happens....I honestly think its thyroid but the range is so wide its hard to tell..they forget to test T3 this time too! Only one number...it was TSH reflex to free
T4 - .56 (normal range is .4-4.5 so I dont know what that means....HOWEVER, my total globulin levels were low and my A/G ratio was high....not even sure what those are!
Diagnoses: MDD, GAD, ADHD
MEDS:
Trileptal: 300 mg 2x/day
Adderall XR: 15 mg
Prozac: 20 mg
Klonopin: .5 mg twice daily
