Hey that's the same way I did it and honestly it went rather smoothly. Sometimes I could hurry it up and other times I had to slow it down. I didn't use a calendar, just let my body tell me when I could lower the dose. About 2 days after the final dose some unexpected withdrawals hit but weren't bad. I worked right through them without much problem. They were gone in about a week. It was mostly dizzy spells, feeling like I was floating while walking, and a little appetite decrease.
