I would not take Klonopin while you are pregnant. In animal studies involving Klonopin and pregnancy, it appeared that the medication could increase the risk of various birth defects, such as a cleft palate and limb defects.
Here are some anti-anxiety meds you can take while you're pregnant:
Prazosin
Buspar
TrileptalTakinng .4mcg of Folic Acid during pregnancy can stop one type of defeect.
