today i was waiting for the energy or dysphoria.
nothing.
infact i slowly decended.
feel like a turtle. so hard to curl a smile, feels like my mouth is lifting weights when i can manage it.
so tired, but not. wanna lay on the floor, and just stay there.
cant focus, can function at work. luckily today i dont need high function. i can get away with minimal work. (i hope).
