Ok, the experience you describe here in your threads has actually only brought a certain answer to the question whether that doctor is a quack who's only after the money - the answer is obviously yes.
If you don't get a clear answer on how much ketamine you've been taking, there is no way to conclude for you what efficacy ketamine has for treating your depression. However, you will probably have difficulty getting into ketamine trials because prior ketamine use is usually an exclusion criteria, i.e. they won't accept you. Of course you don't have to tell them you took ketamine, but your "real" doctor who would have to provide information about your case to the researchers would probably mention it. So if you want to know for sure whether ketamine is effective for you or not, you have to stick with the doctor who gave it to you now. Maybe you could drop by the pharmacy and have them explain it to you in detail. That's what I would do.
