Hi all,
I should have specified that these symptoms are not all happening at once. There is no thought disorder or psychosis. I am not hearing things, I just have a song stuck in my head.
I think it's either extreme anxiety or something along the bipolar spectrum. I wanted to see what you guys thought. Thanks for your opinions!
