I, too, went off nardil cold turkey. From 120mg daily to zero. I was getting no benefits from nardil anymore and my sleep architecture was aweful. I felt tired all the time. Going off nardil was one of the hardest things I ever did, but ultimately proved to be on of the best things I ever did. I now take over the counter suplements and feel much much better. B1, B2, magnesium, tryptophan and GABA. My sleep is prestine.
There is a role for medication. It once saved my life, literally. But the benefits imparted by anidepressants fade with time, as is now well understood. And in my case, the negative side effects of the medication eventually outweighted the deminishing benefits.
Best of luck to you and I wish you as much success as I eventually found.
