derealization valium nardil

I have severe derealization with has only been helped by valium and nardil, but i'm afraid of becoming addicted to the valiuma and the nardil weight gain and insomnia is intolerable. Seems GABA is the key to my derealization. Can anyone recommend any non addictive meds?
