>Mine's at 70mg, but it doesn't work at 70mg-- that's like taking 10 mg 3x/day of Adderall, and I took 20mg 3x/day of Adderall when I took it. So once a week, I do all of the stuff I was putting off, and take 2 70's of Vyvanse (140mg).
I have anhedonia at 70mg. It sucks. If I take 140mg, I'm fine. It works pretty well all day-- a good 14 hours-- but the extra oomph that I find helpful for learning a foreign language (which drains me, and tests my meds the most) only lasts for the first six hours. 70mg doesn't let me do much, but it helps me get by somewhat until I switch docs... it'll be another month and a half, thanks to them constantly re-scheduling it...
sigh. Now the excuse for not adjusting my dose is that I'm switching docs in a month and a half. Before, it was the PDR didn't call for doses above 70mg. I see a resident right now, and they don't exactly get experimental.
