yes to several of your questions; allergies, new home and psychosocial issues.
things just hit a critical mass in 2010; health, money, emotional losses, etc.
a third of the pie i really believe is physical issues for me. gonna get all my stuff checked-out and see if i can get a bit of relief from my mental grief by doing this.
and, i agree on your thoughts about adrenal fatigue.
