It is very common in depressive disorders for mood to be very bad in the morning but lift in late afternoon or evening. However, it might be a sign that the Zoloft is working a little. Zoloft was a very good drug for me for a while. 50 mg is a very low dose; upping it might give it more of a chance to work.
