Thanks for the response, rj So it starts to work right away then? I've been taking it for 3 days with zero effect. But then, I'd been on Ritalin til I switched to Nuvigil, so maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges. I stopped Ritalin b/c it stopped working. So maybe it's just that if Ritalin does not work, Nuvigil's not gonna work either. Oh God, what am I gonna do...stimulants were the last resort, now I'm on absolutely nothing, with nothing left to try...don't know if I can face a life filled with abject despair if there's no hope. :(
