thank you Kat....it seems sometimes when where in a room crowded with people and we feel alone, despite the social relm. I know alot of people, i mean alot of people who have no problem with depression or other things related to it, including concentration and focus, which I struggle with for years. Depression sucks...yes, right when your thinking your feeling better, its like an omen reminding people of sadness. I admit people tell me to go excerise and actually my negative feeling increase when blood pressure rises, and psychical activity increases, some people get a enorphin release and its vary common with people who run and sprint over long distances which I used to do everyday for about 3-4 years. I used to get the runner high, but it was short lived the rest of running long distances was endurance mindset to keep going despite the pain. It feels good to stop running to catch your breath and cool off and relax the muscles but realizing people pass you along the way. This kinda relates to everyday life...
Don't worry about rambling, I enjoy hearing others feelings on these subjects that have similar situations. Thanks...
