Just a note.

The "T" in "TD" stands for "Tardive". By definition, tardive means "delayed" or "late". Usually, the abnormal movements that occur immediately upon starting an antipsychotic drug are a form of reversible EPS that will resolve if the drug is discontinued. Perhaps there are immediate EPS that are irreversible, but I am unaware of any at this time.
