I read that it was such a weak serotonergic agent that it want likely to be a problem. And my old p doc was a super genius with needs and he prescribed them both-out me in z Nardil when I asked and didn't take me off Trazadone. But Pi duo take s low dose if it, just half it even a quarter of a 100 mg pill. But my new p doc is kind of a wuss that way. When pi went on Parnate he says I'd have to stop the Trazadone. I just kept quiet and kept taking it. I'll tell him at my next appt snout the Nardil plus Traz and the Parnate plus Traz add a dine deal and what can he say? But I feel pretty sure he'd never even consider letting me take a stimulant with it for the daytime fatigue and sleepiness I'm having such a problem with. I take 20 mg when I get up and (after an hour or so up) then in about an hour I start having a little energy. Then I usually have 3-4 good hours when I feel good-normal good. Then it wears if and even though I take a second dose, I'm so tired and sleepy starting about 3 our 4 pm that I'm no guid for anything the rest if the day. But yesterday might I tried the Trazadone/Geodon combo and after about an hour I felt at least decent again. Though I did fall asleep on the couch till 2am and couldn't wake up enough to go to bed till then.
