My pdoc does write for whatever I want. But, of course, I have a PharmD and 2 yrs of med school under my belt. Plus he know I cavort with you all on here and learn a lot. In fact, he usually waits for my suggestions before he writes anything. Not b/c he has no idea what he's doing, but he knows I've given it a lot of thought where he has not had the time to, and b/c we really have reached the end of the line. He knows I trust the opinion of many of you on here, so is willing to try the out of the box things you suggest.
Anyways, it also helps that I'm not the type that wants tons of stimulants or opiods or anything. Those things just make me sick. I am gonna have to find documentation to provide to him though to add something to the Nardil I'm starting on Tuesday. He is aware that some things are used with MAOIs, TCAs for example, but I have decided I want to try a low dose of Wellbutrin and THAT is def gonna require a good article or two to persuade him.
