Zoloft seemed very effective for killing off almost any anxiety but it wasn't good for me due to it's emotional numbing among other things. But don't let that deter you since most meds don't work for my Accutane induced treatment resistant melancholic depression anyway.

It has some effect on dopamine so unlike most SSRI's it's less likely to have cognitive side effects supossedly.

You might experience some tiredness early on. Much of that may go away.

> Hi to all....well it's been almost 3 years of being off anti depressants. Due to changes in my life situation, the return of panic attacks...and a very tough depression....I started taking Zoloft yesterday. I had good luck with it in the past, just never thought Id have to go back on it again. My main side effect 2 days in is nausea.
