Hi Phillipa,
Anyone can potentially be allergic to anything. Allergies to Lexapro are very rare, but there is always a possibility. If your eczema came back on a re-challenge, I'd say you may well be allergic to Lexapro, or it may just be a weird adverse reaction. At any rate, I'd avoid Lexapro if you can. Do you really need it? Or is there something else you can take?
