Sorry, Phillipa, everything got confused by the fact that first, the pharmacy had trouble ordering the Parnate, and second, only to find out that my crappy new insurance will not cover it. So I made a decision to go back on Nardil, but at a lower dose. But meanwhile, I had stopped it cold turkey (MAN, have I learned my lesson), and was suffering pretty bad withdrawal. It's all a mess. The higher dose of Nardil was making me anxious, but the lower dose had in the past really helped my anxiety. That's why I thought I'd do the lower dose. Of course, I really should have consulted my pdoc big time, and I promise I'm going to call him on Monday. My therapist is kinda pissed at me for self-medicating this way, and I can't blame her.
Long story short, I'm back on some Nardil, and am starting to feel better. I'm on my way to see my therapist right now, hopefully to smooth things over with her. Thanks, as always, for caring, you are an angel.
