Ok, im trying to organize my threads better in an attempt to get more responses than by just throwing disorganized questions at you guys.
Question on Parnate dosing:
On Nardil, i was on a lower dose 60mg as means of side effect management(sexual and overeating basically). If it wasnt for the side effects i would be on 90mg or more.
On what Parnate dosage should i go? How high up can one go with Parnate in order to get a better response? Do i even have to worry about any side effects with Parnate? Are the dietary restrictions stricter with Parnate e.g. a hypertensive crisis more likely to happen? On the Antipsychotics:
My plan right now is to switch from Pipamperon to Melperon, both oldschool APs but favorable side effect profiles, both are happily prescriped for sleep. Pipamperon is a low-potency AP, Melperon a medium potency AP. According to a pdoc its both relatively weight neutral. Then id add Geodon ontop of that.Question on Geodon dosage:
What is a dosage that doesnt affect the heart as much and is still effective? What do you recommend, also looking at the fact that its a mild snri and that i take an MAOI?
(Am i totally wrong here or is Parnate less Serotonergic than Nardil anyway?)I will also get a hold of some Latuda here, although its real expensive and german insurance doesnt want to cover it. Its too expensive for daily use, but not for as needed. I wanna have the non-weight-gainy APs ready. Zyprexa is out for sure.. that stuff is shoveling me an early grave with those eating habits.
This is what a person taking these drugs would have side effects wise.
This is a list of drugs that someone takes.bupropion
clomiphene
oxandrolone
Cytomel (liothyronine)
Geodon (ziprasidone)
Latuda (lurasidone)
Nolvadex (tamoxifen)
Parnate (tranylcypromine)Now i dont comment three of these meds, lets just say someone wants to do something for his borderline obese body over the course of two month. It will be a big byebye to any fat gained from meds and a welcome to some freakin MUSCLE.
I will prolly kick out the Bupropion when i take Parnate instead of Nardil anyway! ?? So i could forget about the interactions with wellbutrin. For the time on Nolvadex, Geodon will be replaced with Latuda.
Please check and provide me with knowledge input.
Sincerly,
Julian
