I just found out from Jono_in_adelaide that Risperdal is a potent antagonist of 5-HT7 receptors. I am a little concerned about this blockade as being irreversible, but perhaps this won't be a problem at very low dosages.

Clinical trials of Latuda for depression have been very encouraging.
