Is Prozac at low dosages still activating?

Hello. I can´t tolerate the tinnitus from 10 mg fluoxetine so I am considering 2.5-5 mg
I tried escitalopram at low dosages but found it sedating and also affecting tinnitus.
Prozac is known to be more stimulating but is it also at low dosages?
