what i mean is that vitamens don't hardly do anything like the meds do....i would never be stupid enough to but 3 megavitamen under the tongue...throw up in my mouth....goodness.
i always do all the bad stradegies before i find the good ones....like 2 weeks on a liquid diet no food at all...then i got weak, couldnt think...had to start eating...so found a better thing to do...portion control.
