Am I understanding this correctly that you will be taking both Zyprexa and Zeldox? There is little, if any, rationale in combining antipsychotics. Even less so for depression. And no, Zeldox won't counteract the weight gain from Zyprexa. I may not get whole picture here but if your prescriber thinks this is the way to go, fire him/her.
Why don't you try Zeldox first, without Zyprexa? Or Seroquel for that matter. A little background info could help./tensor
