You personally feeling love, it makes no difference what or whom for, is good for your mind. It causes the release of positive endorphins, and in general, gives you a more positive outlook on life.
Forget about the past. Just throw it in the waste bin. Focus on the here and now. Try to let love into your life, as I said, for anything, even for Babble if it strikes your fancy, and if you don't happen to be religious.Yes, hate can make you feel stronger in the moment, but it is also a very destructive feeling, for both the person/thing you are hating and for you. In the end, love is the stronger emotion because it works quietly and subtly, but it does not destroy, it only builds upon itself and becomes stronger and stronger.
KatIve got a really bad disease
Its got me begging on my hands and knees
So take me to emergency
Cause somethin seems to be missing
Somebody take the pain away
Its like an ulcer bleeding in my brain
