In my experience, dizziness, especially orthostatic hypotension, is a persistent problem with Nardil. By contrast, the hypotension produced by Parnate has been a problem early in treatment, but then dissipates once a steady dosage is reached. Start low and slow.

Afraid is good. It will motivate you to learn more about the diet and be careful to adhere to it. However, I think most of us have found the older diet restrictions to be too broad. Some processed cheeses are okay.
