My pdoc is going to try stimulants on me. What's your opinion for using them for ADD and depression?

Current meds:
10mg. paxil
50mg. nortriptyline
.5mg. clonazepam
Of all the meds I've tried, nortriptyline worked the best but I gained 20lbs or so in 9 months.
