Atypical features, depression dominated mixed in with some anxiety. Seasonal swings with energy level changes. Lamictal 225mg. Effexor 225mg. Klonopin 1 mg as needed at bedtime. Summer months I can decrease Effexor to 150mg. Have been on drugs for 23 yrs after son was born. I was proactive and chose my drug regime with my p-doc who I had a great relationship with mutual trust. My story in A nutshell in case anyone interested. PB
