Why do I feel like sh*t all the time?

Its like the zyprexa does not work right now. Lately I don't feel like eating and it has become more of a task to just get enough in me. Also mood has been realy bad lately. I'm not happy like I used to be on zyprexa. My body does not feel good. I drink all the time now just to be ok. Plus anouther smoky thing I wont mention. Thats the only way I can eat now. I realy feel sick. I'm in bad moods all day at work, and there is nothing I can do! I try to hold it in but its killing me. I thought it was the generic zyprexa but I took brand last night and no difference. I'm afraid to come off the zyprexa because I might feel worse. What do I do?
I'm taking:Zyprexa 10mg plus an extra 5mg twice a week
Perphenazine 12mg x3/day
Sertraline 150mg
Bupropion SR 200mg.
