Oh yes.... Effexor requires a VERY slow taper. Took me 3 years to get off 450 mg. I tried faster first, and was scared to sleep - one night I watched my mom die again 1000 times. This is the hardest AD to withdraw from... have you had the brain zaps? Best of luck!!
