Well the article basically just says off label prescribing of the drug has increased. Is that necessarily a bad thing? Maybe I missed something but I would have liked to know have there been additional risks or adverse effects for people taking it off label compared to people taking it for narcolepsy? And of course psychiatrists would use it more off label they do that with lots of drugs.
