I also looked through every single Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor on wikipedia and most were not for human consumption, and i couldn't find any indication that the rest were useful for either dry mouth or constipation.
Bethanechol is mainly used for treating urinary retention. But it has other useful effects that I'm looking for; such as relief from dry mouth and constipation. Plus it's very easily prescribed by any doctor if asked about.
