Which drug is doing which sideeffect?

Hi all
I am on a combo of 135 mg Nortriptyline, 600 mg Lithium and most resently 30 mg Marplan (MAOi) was added.
When I was only on Nort I didnt notice many SEs - most prominent was dry mouth.
Now I have all sorts of SEs and I cant tell which SE is coming from which drug. Maybe some of you can help? Here they are:
- VERY dry mouth
- Heavy sweating at night
- Delayed ejaculation and reduced sexual drive
- Wanting to eat a lot more => weight increase
- Constipation (fixed by lots of magnesia)
- Sleep interuptions
The most annoying SEs are the first 3 mentioned.
I am considering to increase the Marplan and maybe be able to reduce the Nort or Lithium. But will increasing the Marplan, increase the SEs?
