Should I try Nardil?

Without reiterating my situation, I'm on the following meds:
Lexapro
Tramadol
Ativan
Seroquel
While this combo keeps me somewhat functioning on a daily basis, I still have major depressive episodes, swings and anhedonia. I'm finally stabilizing out again after a recent bad bump in the road. I've tried Ketamine and TMS, along with most other psych meds, but to no avail. I've been thinking about switching to Nardil for months but I'm so fearful of the washout period, and also afraid to try an MAOI.
Anyone want to weigh in?
