I honestly don't why your bladder hurts on SSRI/SNRI but if it is a result of increased serotonin, then most likey, yes.
> I've tried Trileptal - great for stabilization, makes me depressed. Seroquel - great for sleep, but not much for depression
I would suggest trying reboxetine, it worked for my anxiety. But I don't know if it's available in your country. Altough you had to stop due to pain, did the SSRI/SNRIs work for your anxiety?
> Right now I'm trying to make Buspar work, but 1 pill only lasts about4-5 hours, which sucks.
It's a wacky medication.
> So, I guess I'm not sure if I want to try 150 Effexor if its the same as 75mg.
Well, I don't know how much it hurts, consider the risk/benefit ratio. BTW you do have tried regular SSRIs and not just Effexor? Because noradrenergic medications make my whole reproduction system ache (I'm male).
